Apprenticeship - Enrolment
Welcome to The Apprenticeship Enrolment
Embarking on an apprenticeship is an exciting journey, and we're thrilled to help you get started! We know the enrolment process can seem a bit daunting, so we've streamlined it into three clear sections to make it as simple as possible:
Section One: For the Apprentice
This first part is all about you. We'll ask for your personal details, where you live, your schooling, and to confirm your eligibility. You'll also need to upload a copy of your Passport or Driving Licence using the link provided below.
Section Two: For the Employer
The second section is to be completed by your employer. This will cover the necessary details from their side to finalize your apprenticeship placement.
Section Three: For the Skills Coach
The third section is completed by your Skills Coach through a Vocational Initial Assessment. This essential step evaluates your current knowledge against the Apprenticeship Standard to identify your existing strengths and any prior learning.
The Inclusion Pathway Transition. Once your assessments are complete, your Skills Coach will meet with you to begin The Inclusion Pathway. This is where we move from "assessment" to "action". Your coach will discuss your unique learning preferences—such as your preference for auditory, visual, or practical study—and any specific support needs you may have.
Once all three sections are fully completed, we'll be in touch to discuss your next steps and officially kick off your apprenticeship journey!

Finalising Your Journey: The Inclusion Pathway
Once these three sections are complete, your apprenticeship officially begins with your Induction and First Lesson. This is a vital stage where your Skills Coach moves beyond basic assessment and into The Inclusion Pathway.
During this session, you and your coach will work together to:
-
Personalise Your Training: Discuss your specific learning styles—whether you prefer auditory, visual, written, or group-based learning.
-
Remove Barriers: Identify any support needs early to ensure your training is "inclusive by design".
-
Set Your Starting Point: Use your initial assessments to tailor the modules to your existing strengths and professional goals.
-
Agree on Feedback: Decide on the best ways for you to receive guidance, such as through video recordings (Loom) or interactive digital tool
This collaborative planning ensures that your apprenticeship isn't just a "one-size-fits-all" course, but a personalized pathway designed to help you succeed from day one.
